Belgian youngsters Vertier, Jerrymore and Djumaa joined forces within their fresh-off-the-bat project: Eridu. In 2020, Eridu released an unofficial edit of Ron Carroll's 'Lucky Star', which created quite a buzz on Hypeddit and Soundcloud. In March 2022, they landed their first official release in the form of a 10-track LP album on the respected minimal house label Whoyostro. Frequent appearances in leading clubs as Complex Maastricht and Club Vaag Antwerp highlight the shimmering wave they are currently surfing on. What to expect from Eridu? Rigid grooves, slapping beats and swinging rhythm patterns. But most of all: a fat bunch of ancient-style Babylon funk!
